Lisa is an accomplished human resource professional with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from CSU Chico, specializing in Human Resources. She holds the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) credential, reflecting her expertise and leadership in the field. With experience supporting companies ranging from small teams to organizations with over 1,200 employees—she has developed a deep understanding of HR regulatory compliance, HR technology, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, and recruitment.

Lisa’s career at Heritage began through her consulting services with CalWiseHR, where her expertise and dedication immediately stood out. Now, as the Director of HR and Consulting Services, Lisa leads strategic HR initiatives, helping clients elevate their HR practices with precision, efficiency, and care. Her passion lies in partnering with employers of all sizes to safeguard their legacies through sound HR strategies.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys a rich and active family life with her husband Zach and their two young sons.  They stay busy with 4-H, sports, and a small collection of farm animals.  Being hands-on and present in the local community is one of their family values and this has shaped their lives in meaningful ways, bringing a sense of purpose, connection, and fulfillment to everyday life.
