His time on the track not only fueled his competitive spirit but also taught him essential lessons in perseverance and strategic decision-making, skills he now applies to helping clients find insurance solutions.

Insurance is more than a career for Eric, it’s in his roots. He gained invaluable expertise as an owner of his family’s business, Nye Insurance Agency, before making the pivotal decision to transition the agency into the Heritage family. This move allowed Eric to combine his deep industry knowledge with his relentless drive to deliver exceptional customer service alongside the trusted Heritage team.

When Eric isn’t assisting his clients, he’s with his wife, Lyndsey, and their two young sons, Hudson and Nixon. Whether he’s in the office or spending time with family, Eric continues to prioritize excellence and care in everything he does.
