Before entering the insurance industry, Eric spent more than eight years traveling the world as a professional motocross racer, competing across the United States and in over 15 countries. That experience shaped the way he works today: disciplined, resilient, and persistent, especially when details matter.

Insurance also runs deep in Eric’s roots. He gained valuable experience as an owner of his family business, Nye Insurance Agency, before transitioning the agency into Heritage—bringing clients broader market access and the added support of Heritage’s team-of-experts approach.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys time with his wife, Lyndsey, and their two sons.
