After more than 34 years serving clients across California’s Intermountain Region—including Burney, Fall River Mills, and Old Station—and throughout the North State, Kari Haley-Hathaway has announced her retirement.

Effective July 1, 2026, Haley Insurance Marketing, Inc. will transition to Heritage Insurance Agency.

Kari selected Heritage Insurance Agency to continue serving her clients because she trusts the team to provide the same personal attention, trusted guidance, and responsive service clients have come to expect.

  • Your policies remain in force, and your insurance needs will continue to be handled with care and professionalism.
  • You’ll have a local team you can reach. Heritage Insurance Agency serves clients throughout the North State, with a main office located at 290 Airpark Boulevard, Chico, CA 95973.
  • Local service remains available through the Palo Cedro and Fall River Mills offices—continuing support for clients across the Intermountain Region.

Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Thursday–Friday: By appointment
