Kelly graduated from CSU, Chico with a degree in Communications and earned her Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Management from Pacific Oaks College. As Co-CEO and principal of Heritage, Kelly combines a driven, forward-thinking mindset with a down-to-earth leadership style. She’s passionate about defining and reinforcing the Heritage brand, which is deeply rooted in rural values and a commitment to treating every client feel like family.

Known as the “fun roommate” in the office, Kelly takes great pleasure in fostering a harmonious culture where collaboration, trust, and plenty of laughter are part of the daily routine.
