Kelly Mora is a principal at Heritage Insurance Agency, leading the agency’s team, culture, and client experience, as well as community impact and long-term growth—including mergers and acquisitions. She brings a steady, relationship-driven approach to leadership—grounded in integrity, trust, and deep respect for the rural values that have long been at the heart of Heritage in Northern California.

Kelly earned a degree in Communications from California State University, Chico, and a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and Management from Pacific Oaks College. She is also an alumna of the California Agricultural Leadership Program and a recipient of the Common Threads North Award, recognizing her contributions to agriculture and community.

For Kelly, great leadership starts with strong relationships. The values that guide her family life—care, accountability, and follow-through—are the same ones she brings to how she supports the Heritage team and the clients they serve.

Around the office, Kelly is known for her humor and upbeat energy—paired with an ambitious pursuit of excellence. She’s deeply invested in her team’s success, and her spontaneity and warmth help make Heritage a place people genuinely enjoy coming to.

Outside the office, Kelly is drawn to adventure—traveling somewhere new, backpacking a favorite trail, or simply being outdoors. Her motto, “I haven’t been everywhere, but it’s on my list!”, reflects her curiosity and love of new experiences.
