Kim Furtado brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry to her role as Personal Lines Account Manager.  She began her career in 2009 and has built a strong foundation in Personal Lines, where she excels at problem-solving, navigating billing and timing challenges, and placing hard-to-insure assets. Kim understands that the first solution isn’t always the best one, and she takes a thoughtful, client-focused approach to finding the right coverage for every situation.

Known for her friendly demeanor, clear communication, and attention to detail, Kim is dedicated to building lasting relationships and providing dependable, responsive support. She takes pride in helping clients feel confident in their coverage decisions and strives to deliver peace of mind by aligning each client’s needs with the coverage placed on their behalf.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her family, music, travel and staying connected to the community she serves.
