Lisa is a graduate of Chico State University, where she earned a degree in Business
Administration. It was there that she learned the importance of maintaining a healthy work–life balance and truly embraced the philosophy of “work hard, play hard.”

Over time, Lisa discovered both a passion and a niche within the Farm Insurance industry.  Farmers face unique and often significant risks, and protecting their livelihoods when the unexpected occurs is something Lisa genuinely cares about. Helping ensure that farmers are properly covered brings purpose and meaning to her work.

Lisa believes professional growth is important, but equally values having fun and finding joy in everyday life. Her greatest accomplishment is her little family. She and her husband have a son, Greyson—affectionately known as Goose. While she never imagined raising a mullet-rocking son, Greyson has proudly worn his since the age of two. Watching him grow into his own person is the greatest gift she could ever receive.

In her free time, Lisa loves spending hot summer days with friends, especially BBQing and swimming in the pool. She enjoys live music, game nights, and quiet evenings at home watching movies just as much as lively gatherings.

Lisa is excited to join the Heritage family and looks forward to continuing her growth and career in the Farm Insurance industry
