With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Operations Management from the University of Phoenix, Mandy’s strong educational foundation has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and financial strategy within the organization.

Joining the Heritage team during the pandemic, Mandy quickly demonstrated her resilience and adaptability by earning her CA property and casualty license in record time. Her disciplined approach and commitment to continuous improvement have made her an invaluable leader, ensuring seamless operations and financial oversight.

Mandy has called Butte County home for over 20 years. A graduate of Paradise High School, she married her high school sweetheart shortly after graduation. Together, they are raising two wonderful daughters and enjoy traveling as a family, exploring the stunning landscapes of Northern California.

Mandy accidentally became an ultra-runner when she ran 30 miles during her first marathon. This unexpected achievement sparked a passion for endurance running, which mirrors her focus, perseverance, and drive in her professional life. Her ability to tackle challenges head-on and push boundaries exemplifies the leadership qualities she brings to Heritage.
