Monique has been an integral part of the Heritage team since 2020, when she joined as an Account Specialist. Known for her exceptional work ethic and amiable nature, Monique plays a pivotal role in our client services department, ensuring our operations are both smooth and efficient.

Monique’s academic background includes a degree in Psychology from Central Luzon State University, which she leverages in her daily work. She commenced her professional career in the Business Process Outsourcing industry, serving as a Customer Service Associate for Cigna’s healthcare insurance account. This role was instrumental in sharpening her customer service skills and deepening her understanding of client needs.

Outside of work, Monique is an avid reader, often immersing herself in short fan fiction stories on social media. Her inquisitive nature is complemented by a passion for science and documentaries, with a keen interest in medical topics and the vibrant world of Filipino and Korean pop culture. A fan of the film “Dead Poets Society,” Monique lives by the motto “carpe diem,” reminding her to seize the day in all her pursuits.
