A veteran of the industry, Theresa’s 30 plus years of professional experience makes her passionate about educating and empowering her clients to make informed decisions for their short-term and long-term piece of mind.  “She sees the little details that make up the big picture and creatively applies solutions to problems you didn’t even know were there.”  Her graciousness under-fire can only be attributed to her combination of maturity and a naturally sunny disposition.

Theresa married her high school sweetheart, Scott and they moved from Sonoma to Durham, Butte County to afford their sons the opportunity of growing up in a rural/farming community with good old-fashioned values and work ethics.  As the proud parents of now, two grown fine young men, they can say the move paid off!

Theresa enjoys life’s journey while; crafting, reading, community volunteering, coaching little league baseball and softball.  Her newest hobby, genealogy has captivated her and she has spent many, many hours spent intently researching her family history.  We are honored she has chosen to call Heritage her professional home.
