Effective July 1, 2026, we will proudly continue the service and legacy of two trusted local insurance professionals, Kari Haley-Hathaway of Haley Insurance Marketing, Inc., and Jim Cox of James J. Cox Insurance Services. These changes come as both Kari and Jim embark on well-deserved retirements after dedicating decades to serving their communities.
Haley Insurance Marketing, Inc. Joins Heritage
After more than 34 years of dedicated service to clients across the Intermountain Region, Kari Haley-Hathaway is retiring. We are honored that she has chosen Heritage Insurance Agency to continue offering the personal attention and responsive service her clients have come to cherish. Kari’s unwavering commitment to her clients and community has been a hallmark of her career, and we are dedicated to upholding these values.

Our local team will remain available from the Palo Cedro and Fall River Mills offices, providing the continuity and familiarity you expect.
Office hours will continue to be Monday through Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, with appointments available on Thursday and Friday to suit your schedule.
